Bistro Truck
The Bistro Truck, generally parked in the Union Square area, offers Mediterranean and gourmet options including grass-fed-beef-burgers. In under ten minutes and for under $10, the tired, the hungry, the weak are invited to experience the least pretentious bistro meal in the city. If the truck is not in its usual spot on 16th street and 5th avenue, then the operation, run by two brothers, can be spotted anywhere downtown.
