What to drink?

So, you finally find your spot and make your way to your table. First things first, despite the ultimate goal of downing dozens of oysters, you gotta find the right drink. Given that oysters are basically summer essentialized into a little shell, you want to go for a summery drink. Some suggest a saltier drink like a Bloody Mary. But you're not here to play games; opting for a Sauvignon Blanc, a Pale Ale, or Prosecco allows the oysters to take center stage while still providing a nice, refreshing complement.
