How to eat?

Whether you throw them back like a shot or savor them slowly, the key to eating oysters is letting the flavor speak for itself rather than masking it with heaps of condiments. Nothing is more cringey than seeing a dozen fresh oysters being squandered away on a bunch of saltines. The people serving you your next batch will agree - eat them straight out of the half shell with a squeeze of lemon or a splash of hot sauce at the most.
