The Bao
Bless these soup dumplings. The Bao serves Shanghai style dumplings right on St. Marks. Never had soup dumplings? You're in for a treat. Fresh, chewy skins meet piping hot, rich broth and vibrant fillings. The only complaint we have for this dumpling spot is that it closes at 10:30 PM. Imagine devouring soup dumplings as your weekend drunchies, though. Sigh.
