What are you most excited for at the moment?
Chloe: Getting the Chelsea and Lafayette locations open! I want to feed everyone and I know now that the word is out everyone is really anxious for it. Also – all of those spring and summer seasonal ingredients. The winter veggies are tons of fun but I love playing around with all of the fresh herbs we get at by CHLOE. in the warmer months.
Sam: Expansion for sure and building the by CHLOE. brand! It’s definitely going to be an exciting and grueling next few months for all things by CHLOE. but seeing people enjoying themselves in our new locations will be the perfect reward!
