That's amazing! I've seen the NW Method a lot on Instagram. How have you utilized social media to build a following and connect with people as an instructor?
Well, social media has taught me a lot of lessons, and at the basis of all social media is connection. We all want to be connected. So, it’s taught me how to best show and describe the point of the photo or video, like, what am I saying? It’s taught me to be very specific about my message and what I’m trying to get people to learn. I have a lot of followers, so I teach these underground classes in New York and they find out about it through my Instagram. Clients post their butts and thighs, and they’re so sexy. My clients are so sexy. A lot of my followers are guys because they’re inspired, they’re telling their girlfriends to come workout with me!
