Where are your go-to spots in New York and LA?
In New York, I always go to Bar Pitti. I’ve been going there for 20+ years. Izakaya Ten. My friend just reopened Empire Diner, it’s so good. It’s totally different now, which I love. There’s another Japanese restaurant near my house that I go to all the time, Momoya, which is really cute, too. In LA, I do a lot of Japanese, we go to Izakaya there as well, which is different than New York, but I love it there. Pace is our little go-to in LA and Cafe Gratitude. And I love my macrobiotic vegan food, so it's a good place for that.
