Do you notice any challenges as a woman in the food industry?

I mean, I don’t work in the kitchen, and I’m aware that it is a very male-dominant world. In that regard, it is hard to be a woman in food. But out of the kitchen, I think it’s pretty equal, or getting that way. Our manager is a woman, and is here every day shaking hands and is the face of Glasserie. Women certainly have a certain intuitive touch that’s important in this industry.
