What are the things you like most about working in the food industry?

It’s certainly enjoyable. I’d say that the best part of where I've got in my career is feeling that the people I work with are family. Each person plays an integral part in the restaurant, and if someone doesn't show up the whole flow comes to a halt. It’s a collective. That part is awesome. It’s not my restaurant. I may have given birth to it, but it belongs to everyone that works in it.
