The Most Romantic ProposalOur clients were going to Croatia for vacation, and the gentleman called us last minute to say that he wanted to propose on the trip in what would be the most special and unique way. So we set up directly under the runway of Dubrovnik’s international airport, where there lies an otherworldly cave filled with stalactites, stalagmites and traces of human activity from the Bronze and Iron ages. For the last few years, the nearly 100,000-square-foot cave has contained something much more modern as well: a naturally-chilled wine cellar, with a selection of great wines from Croatia’s nearby Konavle region. So just after walking through this amazing destination, a bottle of wine was presented to open for tasting in which the label said “Will you marry me?
