"We literally set up an actual music festival"
We did a music festival for a client for his 45th birthday party. He has a big sprawling property in Utah, and he’s a big music fanatic, so he wanted to create a music festival for 150 of his friends and family. So not only did we find the bands and get them there, we set up a whole production. We flew in chefs from his favorite restaurants from around the world. During music festivals, you often have food and drinks, so we created mini-huts for each of these restaurants, and furnished it with plush furnishing; and because it was in the middle of nowhere, we literally had a company come in and set up almost 100 "glamping" tents. They built the tents, brought in the beds, pumped it with electricity, brought in bathrooms. We literally set up an actual music festival.
