How did you make it your own?
Believe it or not there was a Murphy bed when I first saw the apartment. I had that thing removed and used the Container Store’s Elfa system to build a custom floor to ceiling closet into the wall. I sourced an old library ladder from upstate to reach everything. I also installed a vintage chandelier that I found on Craigslist, and a dimmer, because I feel strongly that lighting has everything to do with the mood of a space.
