The kitchen is nice and open, but your fridge is tiny! As a foodie, what do you stock regularly?

I’m addicted to Nuttzo 7 Seed & Nut butter, hummus or Hope Organic’s lentil dip, kimchi, fresh fruit, cashew milk, and organic Greek yogurt. But I shop more than once a week, so I pick up fresh things as needed. I spend a lot of time at Whole Foods and Lifethyme Market – they’re my happy places. Frozen veggies are great to keep on hand if you don’t have room for fresh because they’re harvested at peak ripeness so they’re often even more nutritious than those shipped far distances and forced to ripen off the vine.
