It’s actually a huge challenge considering I work full time at Nourish Snacks and then come home and blog at night and on the weekends. I have a standing date with myself to run along the beach once/week. If it's nice weather, I never miss it. It not only energizes me physically and helps me sweat out my stress, but it gets me outside and away from all of the screens for a while!
