Peter: “Vice magazine is here which is obviously a huge multimedia company –so they send us lots of clients. Lots of smaller music based, design based, architecture, graphic design, creative arts companies who their office is here, they live here, they eat drink and play here, but when they have clients come and stay they would send them into the city because they didn’t feel like there was a hotel here that represented them.
So it’s a great source of business, it’s also a lovely compliment that they feel comfortable with us presenting their view of their world."
Well it’s definitely adding to the borough. We should do a staycation here. We never get to Brooklyn.
