It sounds like there are many opportunities for you to work alongside non-profits that are helping girls and women.
R: “Well, yes, we’re mission driven.”
G: “Mission driven for profit.”
R: “Ha. Yes, but when you’re mission driven there’s a higher bar in terms of where you want to be. We definitely think this can make money - and in the service of doing good.”
What’s your mission?
R: “Visibility, access and opportunity for women. That’s the driving mission statement of Change the Ratio – increasing visibility, access and opportunity for women, with the understanding that visibility begets access, begets opportunity.”
