Who are people in industry you respect? Who else do you find innovative?
Rich: “Dave (David Chang) has definitely been a huge source of inspiration for us. He’s definitely at the top of our list.”
Mario: “He’s someone we worked with in our early 20s in restaurants, so to have a friend be the first one to make it out of our group for the first time was a real motivation for us.” (Editor’s Note: They all worked at Café Boulud together at the ages of 22.)
