What's your secret entertaining must-have?

Every kind of salt I can find. Especially large crystal cut looking salt. I always keep White Sea salt flakes, pink Himalayan and Black Hawaiian salt in wood bowls on the table. But I love truffle salt, Sriracha salt, habanero salt.  Whatever.  Someone told me that there was a point in history when salt was more valuable than gold or silver. There's just something cool about that.
