Somehow, you've managed to shove everything into this house - art, beauty, fashion, barbecue even! - while still maintaining this free, open floor plan. Any other areas you'd love to play with or incorporate in the future?
We have an underutilized commercial kitchen in the basement. Our space ordinarily closes at the end of the workday so it would only make sense to incorporate dinners into what we do at Fort Gansevoort. Perhaps we provide chefs from other parts of the world to come in and cook for some time at Fort Gansevoort or perhaps we simply have dinner parties at Fort Gansevoort where we allow our guests to engage together however they wish. We’re figuring it out as we go, but I trust there will be a lot more to come. Stay tuned.
