Coconut milk

We're in lo-ve with the coco! (nut milk). Dubbed as a "miracle liquid," coconut milk has a creamy, dreamy texture with a sweet taste, used for strengthening the body's immune defense system and for preventing various diseases. Fun fact: there's actually no milk involved!! *Let the dairy free rejoice!*

What you'll need:

2 cups (480 ml) water

1 cup (75 g) shredded coconut, sweetened or unsweetened

1 blender

Directions: Place all ingredients into the blender for approximately 3 minutes or until desired consistency is reached. Then chill in fridge or serve immediately. Optional: Strain through a fine mesh sieve or filtration bag for a smoother drink.
