By now we should all know that the whole "avoiding fat" thing is just a cultural myth. Loading up on good fats likeĀ avocado, goat cheese, and the skin on organic chicken can not only make your skin look better (bonus!) but also help your body burn fat more efficiently. So yeah, order that avocado toast.
