Be careful with your salad

You can never go wrong with a salad, right? Well, wrong. Raw veggies are difficult to digest and some, like broccoli, cauliflower, and kale are even harder to break down due to the carbohydrate raffinose. Celery, avocado, and asparagus, however, are great for flushing your system and regulating sodium levels.
