Nutrition Bars

Nutrition bars like Think Thin bars may sound promising, thanks to high protein counts and low sugar. The reality is that these snack bars substitute sugar for sugar alcohols (look on labels for  xylitol or maltitol), which are low calorie but hard to digest. Your body will have a tough time absorbing the artificial sweeteners in many popular bars, meaning that it may be time to reconsider your post-workout snack.
