French Fries

New York has some amazing fries, but it may be smart to hold back. Fried foods will weigh you down and make you feel bloated, while the salt and rich toppings most fries joints throw on top only increase their bloat potential. Instead, opt for sweet potato fries which are more nutrient dense, or go the healthy route with baked rather than deep fried fries.
