Barry's BootcampOK, so like who is Barry and why is everyone obsessed with his boot camp? Barry’s signature hour-long workouts include 25-30 minutes of interval cardiovascular treadmill routines and 25-30 minutes of strength training with free weights, resistance bands, medicine balls, and other equipment. Many elements vary throughout the week so that no one class is ever the same. It’s constantly changing so you never do anything for longer than a minute, and it’s a combination of treadmill and body workouts, usually with weights depending on which day you go.
