Add things to your diet instead of restricting

If you cut out dairy, sugar, gluten, soy, sodium, red meat, fat, carbs, etc., you're not going to be left with much to eat. Literally the only edible things on the planet that don't contain that shit and make you skinny are like, green tea, kale, and crystal meth. Switch out junk food with healthier versions of them. Consuming stuff like this actually makes you more conscious and good habits will ensue. 

Apple cider vinegar or ginger shots work wonders. Juice Press offers a Dirty Detox that's charcoal lemonade and the Master Cleanse combined. Lots of celebs swear by both of those beverages. If you've got the stomach for it, drink their Herbal Cleanse. It is by far the least palatable drink I have ever had and it's stronger than taking a shot of moonshine, but it cleans you out. If you're just starting out, do NOT Dirty Detox or Herbal Cleanse if you've got a busy day ahead of you because you're going to be making the toilet your bitch for the next 24 hours.

I can NOT be the only one who thinks pooping a ton is like, the biggest sign that your detox is going well. Right? Anyone?
