Starting the cleanse

I'm really excited to start this week. The big thing is seeing how my body reacts to no alcohol. I'm also doing no dairy or grains and, well, no fun... Simply using almond milk in my coffee, I adjust just fine. I also figured this would be a good time to try Intermitting Fasting. This is when you only eat for a certain period of time during the day. With this I practically scarf down lunch at 2 pm and by the time 8 pm comes I'm full and end my night with a Kura protein shake which satisfied all my cravings while giving me the protein I needed for the day. It's chocolate so it's my dessert! I knew I needed some sort of nutrition during my fast so I would take  8G (G for greens). It's like Green Juice in a tablet form, easy and so efficient! This became the perfect pick me up in the morning and afternoon, especially when I didn't want a  caffeine fix.  My overall feeling this week was TIRED. I'm either overstimulated or just too used to going to bed with a glass or 2 of something. Perhaps I am dependent on alcohol to sleep, not the healthiest sign.
