The Workout

s10We like to mix up our workout. Running, lifting, boxing, spinning etc... An hour on the elliptical might technically count as going to the gym. but… JH: At S10 we try our best to utilize the principle of specificity and general adaptation. In short, how will the body of our clients respond to the demand placed on it and how can we optimize their workouts for best results? We utilize different techniques in our workouts for this. It’s a very personal process. So if you’re trying to lose weight after the winter, lay out a plan and begin with the end in sight.
