Application: Base coat, two coats of color, design, and a top coat.
Design:
1. Add dots with a nail art brush or a dotting tool to where you want. For the demonstration, bigger dots were used at the tip and gradually became smaller towards the finger.
2. Add snowflakes to your accent nail.

Tips: How and where you put the dots are up to you; they really don't need to be "perfect."
Why we love it: Flurries haven't hit NYC yet this year, so you'll be getting a head start on the wintry weather. Oh, and this is the only time where you can play with snow and your hands won't be straight up freezing.
