Application: Base coat, gradual layers of Teenage Dream, and a top coat.
Gradual Layers:
Instead of having one opaque layer of glitter polish, the idea was to make it look like your hand was dipped in glitter/star dust/awesomeness for the new year.
1. After the base coat is applied, start with the glitter polish about 3/4 of the way in and paint outwards.
2. Add a second layer of glitter polish starting from the halfway point.
3. Add a third layer of glitter polish 1/4 of the way in, near the tips.
Tips: The great thing about this design is that there really is no way you can mess it up. And if you do, add more glitter polish (and cowbell, too).
