Soltado Mexican Mojito
3 oz Soltado Spicy Añejo Tequila
Half bunch of fresh mint
2 limes, quartered
1.5 oz simple syrup
Soda water
Ice
Directions
Place the mint, simple syrup, and limes in the bottom of a shaker. Muddle. Add Soltado Tequila and ice, shake for 1 minute. Strain into glasses filled with ice; top with soda water. Stir briefly. Garnish with mint sprigs.
