Skinned and Quartered Cucumbers 5-6 Mint Leaves 3/4 oz. Fresh Lime Juice 3/4 oz. Agave Nectar 1 oz. St. Germain 2 oz. Tequila Avión Silver
Directions Take a small handful of skinned and quartered cucumbers and muddle into a puree. Add 5-6 fresh mint leaves after slapping the leaves to release the oils. Add ¾ ounce of fresh lime juice, ¾ ounce of Agave Nectar, 1 ounce of St. Germain Elderflower Liqeuer and 2 ounces of Tequila Avión Silver. Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously. Then, strain the contents over a rocks glass filled with ice with a mint leaf or cucumber wheel.
