That is another incredibly important issue. So noticing all this, how did you become a part of the Ocean campaign and the effort to help shed a light on these problems?
I met Michelle and we got on really well. We were talking and were like, there’s this big, scary, daunting issue and you would kind of hope that there’s a huge government body with tons and tons of resources worrying about what’s happened but there’s really no safety net for this thing. If you have a passion for the conservation of the ocean, then it sort of draws you into it. It was less than two years ago I met Michelle, and we started talking about working with Conservation International on a project, and we’re still trying to work with Conservation International, but it’s actually become something much bigger and much more exciting.[Photo via @theoceancampaign]
