"The shoe shine place in the A/C/E section of the Times Square subway station. If I arrive there and am early for an appointment it's a great place to sit for 10 minutes."

"I'm a huge fan of Walt Disney. He had vision and he followed it through to bring his ideas to reality. And the culture of customer service he created at the theme parks is amazing."
What would you choose to be your last meal?
"My mom's spaghetti and meatballs. (Which is actually my grandma's recipe.)"
One thing you can’t live without?
"Slurpees. I love the Coke Slurpee. The arrival of 7-11 in Manhattan has been exciting."
