This is the best indie theater in town, and not just because of the 10-popcorn seasonings. With a great selection of current indie films and midnight screenings of old hits (only $10), the Landmark Sunshine Cinema is a Lower East Side gem. Tickets are generally $13, but to see flicks that aren't playing anywhere else in town, it's worth a few extra bucks.
