We've all tried their delicious "prescriptions" for whatever ails us, and if you've ever wondered just how they make them, the Apotheke Academy is for you. It features an on-site, interactive class and every participant leaves with a canvas cocktail tool bag, Boston shaker, mixing glass, julep strainer, tea strainer, bar spoon, jigger, infusion bottles, and a vintage lime press. (It's basically everything you need to practice your new-found skills at home.) Apotheke Academy is also available to hire for private events.
