Sunday: Joe's Pub
We surprised ourselves by being sober enough to roll ourselves over to Joe’s Pub after for an evening with cabaret legends Joey Arias and Svent Ratske. The show was great, but really it was all about sneaking backstage beforehand to see the insanity before the storm. It’s just human nature, the way that people always gravitate to your kitchen at house parties instead of hanging out in the living room like they’re supposed to. People just like being close to other people, which is basically the story of our week.
