Their start at Le Bilboquet

Aymeric Clemente got his start as the maître d' at Le Bilboquet, where he took the Koch brothers under his wing. At the time, Daniel and Derek Koch were just starting out in the restaurant business, working as servers at the French bistro. With the help of Clemente, they quickly reinvented the notion of the Saturday party brunch.

A disgusting scene full of EuroTrash, Hookers and Douchebags. The impact of this scourge of daydrinkers upon NYC has been consistently negative. We'd all be better off if bottle service and disco brunches just went to Vegas or Europe, where they belong.
