DJ May Kwok

Queens born May Kwok has infiltrated the Downtown nightlife scene with her street sensibility and tough demeanor that can be measured by her likelihood to play tracks like "Vivrant Thing" by Q-Tip. She entered the scene at 13 when she started using a fake ID to get into Limelight. May has been known to play hot parties for industry clients including NYFW, Indochine, Forever 21, TopShop, NineWest, Madewell, and Miller Lite. Like the aforementioned It-girl-DJs, she credits Lit for her start. May has also been a noted regular at spots like The Beatrice Inn, The Jane Hotel, Wooly, and The SoHo Grand Hotel. The DJ currently lives in the Lower East Side and doesn't travel far for work as she is the in house DJ for the Inga weekly pop up parties at 141 Chrystie St.

In a video for Refinery29, May Kwok promises, "I will make you dance."
