The Top NYC Party Venues For Fall 2015

What: The restaurant portion of what was formerly Butter reopened as Asia de Cuba earlier this year, and rumors have been swirling as to what would become of the lounge. A couple of years ago it had a strong run as 415, a Travis Bass-run club that played host to a handful of major parties. But now nightlife guru Richie Akiva is taking the reigns once again, turning it into a Cuban themes lounge called Nacional. He recently told the Times, in reference to the vibe, "I'm getting older, and my crowd is getting older," but we've seen Richie out a lot recently and his crowd is pretty appealing.
