The Top NYC Party Venues For Fall 2015

What: The Lower East Side has always been home to cool bars, but after a couple of years of the Meatpacking getting all the new clubs, there's suddenly a new surge in the area. First Happy Ending opened to roaring success, and now both Andre Saraiva and Simonez Wolf both have new restaurants on the same street (Cafe Henrie and Football Cafe, respectively). Joining the fray is Jahan Salarimatin and Gabriel Levy's Rumpus Room styled like a retro '80s club.
