The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research

The Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research
Actor and advocate Michael J Fox started the foundation in 2000, nine years after he was diagnosed with young onset Parkinson's. The charity has raised more than 325 million dollars for research through athletic fundraisers, donations, and purchases from the Fox shop, which sells t-shirts, caps, and sweatshirts. In addition to donations, you can join Team Fox, a grassroots organization dedicated to fundraising events and athletic feats. In addition to Fox, other celebrities who have gotten involved include celebrity chef Chris Cosentino and Ryan Reynolds. Click HERE to get involved [Photo via]
