While some requests, like Hamilton tickets, seem reasonable, some customers expect the impossible. Keep in mind, line sitters are waking up at the crack of dawn, often hours before the rest of us set our alarms, for requests. That cronut you so desperately want means that the line-sitter is has to be out the door when some of us may be turning in for the night. We have some serious respect for these guys.
