Walk-Up v. Elevator
If you want to get extra Fitbit steps in, maybe a walk-up is for you. Otherwise, a building with an elevator may be the way to go. Either way, there's a major difference between the two and believe me, it's noticeable. Most real estate websites like StreetEasy or Zillow will let you filter your search so you can add your preference, whether that be a walk-up or a building with an elevator.
