Brooklyn Fare Manhattan
Slated to open in the next few months, the Hell's Kitchen outpost of Moe Issa's Downtown Brooklyn grocery store is a much-awaited addition. Chef Jared Sippel, formerly of Frasca Food and Wine, will be running the kitchen with a special emphasis on pasta and seafood. The menu will blend French, Italian, and Japanese influences. The restaurant will serve only 20 people a night for the first few months.
