For his second act, restaurateur Paul Liebrandt is looking to open a casual restaurant in the King & Grove Hotel in Williamsburg called The Elm. The team is looking to open in mid-to-late June, and has put out an open call for floor staff. Chef Mazen Mustafa will run the kitchen, with a menu filled with food "you could eat two or three times a week." [Eater]
