The brainchild of culinary giants Rich Torrisi and Mario Carbone, the restaurant is reminiscent of that type of old-school Italian dining straight out of a Quentin Tarantino film. The objective here is to immerse all your senses in the entire experience - the starch white linens, the original tile floor from "The Godfather," waiters in tuxedos, the rich heady tomato sauce that covers the Veal Parmesan.
