Step into Soto's encapsulating white interior to try owner Sotohiro Kosugi's famous plates. Try the artisanal sakes and fried flounder, prepared by Sotohiro Kosugi himself. Kosugi hails from northern Japan and started his career making sushi in Atlanta, where he gained a cult following (one story remains that a couple who loved his dish so much named their cat after it). Soto remains one of the sublime yet favorite sushi spots in the city.
