Sushi Dojo

dojoWe're not sure who's idea it was to marry disco music with sushi, but here we are. Sushi Dojo's non-traditional take on Japanese cuisine has incited a cult following. Or maybe it's their Yasuda-style sushi plates, fresh sashimi  platters, or (very well priced) omakase option. What's even weirder is the chef is of French-Moroccan descent, making us wonder what kind of a place we stepped into. It doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things, because Sushi Dojo hails as one of the best sushi spots in town. Sushi Dojo, 110 1st Ave [Photo via]
