In our attempt to Americanize certain cuisines, Korean food in the city has fallen victim to Korean tacos and bulgogi sliders, neither of which can be found anywhere in South Korea. Luckily, some Korean food in the city has been able to retain its culinary passport and not become Americanized. Real Korean food is fantastic all by itself, without any interpretation. Plenty of places in the city offer one a chance to warm-up with good eats from the Land of the Morning Calm.
